To address the growing threat of chemical contamination in Vietnam’s food and environment, this project will develop an innovative technology that rapidly detects harmful residues using a dual-screening approach. By combining electrochemical sensing with SERS sensing confirmation, our system provides highly accurate results while remaining practical for real-world use. We will integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create smart, next-generation monitoring tools optimized for farms, factories, and schools. Our goal is to protect public health, support safe food production, and strengthen Vietnam’s global competitiveness through a sustainable, home-grown early-warning system.
